Ruger sr22 optics?

I used a Leupold 3-9X40 and was happy with it except for the lack of an adjustable objective. I think I'm going to try a Mueller APV next, or possibly a Vortex. The Leupold VX-II 3-9X33 EFR would be my first choice, if it wasn't $400. Whether or not any of these look "right" to you on the gun....well, that's for you to decide. :)

Using a fake ACOG 4x on mine. Good hight. Seems like it willmwork great.
Looks good too!

I'm also using a fake acog - except mine's 1x. Looks good, but I think I need some magnification.
I'm thnking about a bushnell trs25, because the price is good, looks good, compact, I just wonder if you can get magnifier for it cuz it's only 1x from what I can tell..

Scope

Knock it if you like but...........
I use an NcStar SRT 3-9x42 scope, I know, I know it's Chinese but it seems to work well, price was right, very accurate, holds zero well and had the "look" I was after. Great for targets and you can bring the little critters in nice and close still if that's your fancy. Many on this forum will bash it for it's country of origin but I don't care ,works for me.

Thats not confident at all. Hey if it works, it works. Im into cheap now. Where did u pick it up? I have been buying like a real gun nut the last couple of weeks. Getting married so I need to buy all the toys I want now, before its 'too late'. ha ha

Heres my SR-22 with Bushnell Trophy 1x32 "T-Dot" scope.

I have a Bushnell T dot like above, and I like it for fast shooting. It seems like a good medium between a cheap knock off, and the real thing. It sure has lots of range of adjustment.

I use a Burris Balistiplex 2X7 on mine. Size is nice, low power allows decent quick aquisition on small stuff. High power is great for 100 yrds and what the rifle can do there. best of all the crosshairs set at 50 yrds and the above and below holdover come out nicely for 25 and 100 respectively. A set of high signature zee rings with a -5 moa offset centered the reticle perfectly at 50 yrds.

Where?

I got mine on Ebay but Moreguns Supply in Winnipeg has them and I believe Marstar does as well.

I run an aimpoint M2 and 4X power by a trijicon because the 3x aimpoint unit doesn't give me enough magnification for long range threats . Also have an aimpoint ML2 BURDS (back up red dot sight) when the primary red dot get shot or something. :p

Well that's all good but from the photos you posted when you built your gun you're planning on shooting from the hip, as you were posing, so why pay for an optic anyway? I'm sure those long range threats will be just as intimitated when you are bearing down on them with that "hipshot" move!! LOL!!
