I like mine but as mentioned they are on the heavy side. I got into the modding trap when I bought mine years ago and now have about $1500.00 into it.

You can't make a statement like that...and not give us some eye candy!!!! COME ON !!!! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!!

So lots of after market parts available for it but only a 10 round mag as the 15 and 25 round mags are considered prohibited..

Like the others here said, with the ban on the 25 round mags it's not as much fun to shoot now and spends its days in the safe.

You can buy an adapter from Specter Ballistics and use Remington high capacity mags which are absolutely legal. No need to keep your rifles in safes!

I have an SR-22 Rifle. I really like it. Well built, flexible, reliable as a .22 can be (debatable point with the lever action people). The only problems I had with it was the after market large magazines not feeding properly (the bright side of the crazy mag law??). I now use the TRI-MAG, which attaches three factory mags together, works well.
