hi!
I finally got around to getting a basic Tasco 2.5-10x 42mm scope for my ruger sr22.
The guy recommended I get a riser to install the picatinny rail and then install the scope onto it. Indeed, the scope is a bit low without one and this seems to be a common problem for the SR22.
For those of you who have mounted a scope on the SR22, what height riser should I use?
I was looking on amazon for example and found half an inch or one inch. is half an inch enough...?
0.5 inch riser

1 inch riser

thanks
