I saw a non dressed Core15 GP at 1600 bucks plus tax.....considering the SR556 comes all dressed for the party at about the same price whats the reason to not get it otherwise? Did I mention it comes with 3 mags, troy everything, hammer forged barrell and chrome internals...

Yes, its cold hammer forged and the barrrell is made out of 51V54 steel, which is machine gun grade steel. If phil can get them in...its a sweet buy...very nice gun!!!. Here is mine SR556 carbin.

That is Too bad that they won't make the DI version!
here are the Ruger SR556 16" version, Got to say is not as comfortable to shoot as the Bushmaster DI version, but if Phil think he can get them in for 1300, I might get 2 more.

I was with GUNBOY test firing the SR556 using the Norinco 556 ammo's. The SR shoots 100% and gunboy was using his home made muzzle brakes on the SR.....The AR did not have any muzzle rise at all, that was awesome dude!!!.

The Rifle was abit front heavy because of the piston system, it will take some getting use to, din't have any malfunction with the SR556, the other problem was there wasn't enough ammo going around.
