Ruger Super GP100

I’m wondering if anyone could share first hand experience of the new Super GP100? It carries a premium price and wonder how it compares to other premium revolvers.

Looks like it is going for $2K. Yikes that is premium. Can't comment on quality from first hand experience. They say it is a 'Custom Shop' revolver with a tuned trigger so it should be nicer than the run of the mill super redhawk. If you want it as a competition revolver, maybe its worth it. As a target plinker there are certainly other options and some cheaper.

Certainly puts it in the realm of a S&W VComp 627. I would probably go the S&W version myself.

Well they certainly are proud of their revolver. I have a few other projects well ahead of a $2k rev.. Thanks for replying.
