Not true. Glock oem mags are full steel with a polymer over body. The Magpul Glock mgs are all polymer just like their pmags.
welllllllll if you want to call that metal.
ive seen more metal in the paper foil that covers cigarettes!
again, if you like metal mags the SR9 mags are metal for 2/3rds of the top of the mag with plastic on the bottom.
the Glock mags are thin tin with plastic coating (better?)
The mags are full steel lined...

as a fella who has both a SR9 and a couple Glocks there is one blaring difference between the mags that im suprised no one has mentioned yet.
the SR9 mags are 2/3rds metal and the glocks are all plastic.
some people are pro metal so if thats you then the SR9 mags may be the way to go.
myself personally i think they all run good.
but Glock mags do give you a lot more options in length and capacity (which are all pinned to 10) but, should the zombies come rivets have been know to fall out.....

we are saying the same thing here are we not?
Probably 90% of guys will run Glock Mags ..... if you ever decide to sell for some reason, people would want your Glock Mags. Unless you have the Ruger pistol, I don’t know why anyone would go with the ruger mags .... will the Ruger pistol even be around in five years or will it disappear like the pistol and the mags for the original pc9 carbine from years back?
pretty low post count for someone with such a fragile disposition.
again, like ive been trying get across with humor, which is lost on robots it seems, the glock mags have a thin metal inner which when compared to the SR mags is very thin, so if you like more metal, SR mags are probably what your looking for.
that said, i dont think anyone is going to go for SR mags simply because they are thicker metal when there is such an abundance of Glock mags everywhere.
if i didnt know any better id say that TDC is once again back in action on the forums!

What does post count have to do with anything? I simply pointed out your false statements and corrected them with facts. Glock magazines are full steel lined with a polymer shell/jacket. Glock magazines are also extremely tough and reliable. SR9 mags are rare and unknown as far as craftsmanship goes by comparison.
Thanks for pointing these things out.....I have a SR9 with several mags and a G17 with a ton of mags....In comparison to fit/function and build of mags...the glock mags tower over the SR9 mags......I'd trust this gun to Glock mags only....I personally ordered this firearm the first day of pre order.....then watched a a few videos and decided to pull my pre order and cancelled.....seems there could be reliability issues with both types of mags.....but mainly contributed to light handloads......it is what it is.....I personally prefer a carbine will fire everything and anything
Its a blowback, isn't it pretty standard for them to have issues with light loads?
I understand this.....hickok45 was using 124 grain factory American eagle and still having issues with both glock and SR9 mags
That sounds like more than just issues with light loads then. I interested in this rifle, but I'll let them work the kinks out before I drop the coin.
