Ruger10/22 adjustable v block

I will swap my Ruger 10/22 barrel for a Dlask 16.5 bull barrel (.920) an adjustable v block is a necessity or not for heavy barrel?
 
It's not always required, but like Margucci says they don't cost that much, and it's nice to have the option at least. Be careful not to tighten the adjustment screw too much as it can force the vblock down and cause some interference problems with some stocks.
