I just read a comment on a very popular blogsite, claiming CGN was set up by the police, to monitor gun owners. I've heard some crazy conspiracy theories, but this one seems a little over the top.

Like Dax420 said, yes it's monitored by them, but they sure as hell didn't set it up.
