i had to take a day long bear awareness course for work last fall.very eye opening.they dispelled a few myths,had some wild video's too.good info on how to read a bears body language.also,good luck outrunning one,flat or down hill.
Folks have brought up the "running from a griz on a bike" video several times in this thread. We are all aware that's fake, right?
