Looks like alot of surface metal removed in the refinishing process. The thin finger grooves on slide and stampings on frame are almost gone.

The slide HAS been heavily scrubbed on one side - probably to remove rust. It's still a nice piece though. Rarity considered, it wasn't a bad deal Once they're gone, they will be rare once more.
