Let's see, long enough barrel - big enough caliber. Looks like a great hunting rifle to me. Let's delete any reference to Dragunov and find someone to bring some in!

SVU bullpup derived from a SVD Dragunov been around since 1971

Issued to the OMON("Police Special Assignment Group"),usually fitted with a sound suppressor(Oh, like on the one shown ).Russian SWAT.

OMOH is the ministry of the interior. They are not at all like swat units. They do have some spetz units. but they also have division sized units. You could consider OMOH to be an army by itself just like the US marine corps is not part of the US army.

That would be a conversion stock, right? That would be a prohibited device.

Sigh........sorry guys the I find the bullpup rules confusing.......there is i am going to buy anything that looks like one without talking to a a lawyer.......Thanks

The rules are simple; if its Thursday and you're less than two weeks away from a new moon you can buy whatever you want as long as the preceding Wednesday wasn't the third Wednesday of the current month and there wasn't a tide greater than seasonal average.

but seriously on the bullpup thing factory = good (unless its named)
aftermarket= bad (regardless)
new bullpup= shouldn't be a problem( but be polite when begging to be allowed to have it)

thanks
its too bad it would make an interesting project but the ...
incarceration, avoiding rape in the shower
the bad press and image to the firearms community
loss of my carreer( i only have it if i loose it..har har ) is really not worth it

the dragonov bullpup is most likely ok because there is no stock- the reciver serves the purpose of the stock.
Except for the fact that the dragonov is an AK Variant.

palinak, is that large picture from the game STALKER?

I guess it could be but I didn’t know there was such a game until I looked it up after your post. The only thing I did notice on the large picture was that the image on the right was reversed. Did you play that game? If so post some more pics.

Cheers
P

the game was supposed to come out three or four years ago. the designers screwed up an all the guns eject to the left. they though it would be cool to see the sheeld ejecting while you played.

don't know about the game .....but I did notice the right image was reversed with the ejection port pointing to the left. Could be from the game.....who knows
