Putin recently passed/confirmed in law that ALL Russians are free to defend themselves with ANY thing to whatever means are required to protect themselves....period....high cap mags are irrelevant.

And YES...it is an interesting observation on "freedom". Canadians are very free in some terms...and quite bridled in many others.
