Awhile back one of the regulars here told us about a company in Russia that sold Russian scopes and red dots. He had bought from them and they were honest and sold good items.

Does anyone remember the web address?

I lost my bookmarks.

Yeah, Kalinka Optics is the official distributor of several Russian-made scopes produced by the Ivhevsk Plant. I recently bought a Kobra collimating red dot sight through them for my SKS and could not be more satisfied. Shipping was quick and their sales staff seem very professional. They ship to Canuckistan too!

Military type scopes are under the ban as far as I can tell. I have tried to order scopes from the States at least and have been told. " We don't ship to Canada"
 
While I'm here. Any opinions on NcStar products. Very cheap prices but what about quality. I would like a reflex sight for my Norinco Type 97A.
 
POSP.ru try this site, shiping is included. They ship direct from factory in Minsk Belorus,good scopes.
Eastwave optics in Ottawa also ships them but it is the same as buying dirrect, you pay with (FRAUD ALERT). Eastwave has similar prices just shipping is extra posp.ru shiping is included

Look at the price on the russian site.

Why not buy from a canadian business,a fellow CGN'er which is trying to get his business off the ground?

I know i will call him monday.I sent him a PM regarding the scopes cause i'm really interested to have one for a cz858.

Help each other out between canadians before anything else,that's my 2 cents!

Luckily, we have choice from where to buy. But when you are buying outside of Canada remember you are on you own with customs duty, tax, and warranty. I'm official distributor POSP scopes and I fully support the scopes I sell.
