$450 probably, but I am having a hard time believing that there is a single unfired Russian SKS out there. What are the markings on it?
Their bore is chrome lined, thus less accurate than Yugo but last longer.

That's debatable. also, not all Rusians are chrome lined. the early ones were not.
Russian SKS rifles are generally regarded as the most sought after model that is not ultra-rare (ie, not including East German, Polish, Vietnamese, Korean and Albanian SKS's).
I just sold a solid, but not mint, rebuilt Tula in the EE for $425 shipped. A mint one should sell for more. Maybe $500 in Canada?
I saw a minty Russian SKS at a show around here about two years ago for $250.00 I was hovering all around it, but was sold at the end of the show. If any Ruski SKS was unfired, I'd say that one was (but can't say for certain). Never saw another - mine looks like it's been around the block once or twice with an unmarked replacement rear cover.
This rifle was bought in Canada from a dealer about ten years ago. They sold for 275 cdn. Looks new to me .will try to post a photo.thanks for the info.will get some info ref markings and any dates on the rifle.
$275 10 years ago is FAR from corrent market values
If a Russian SKS was doing the rounds at a show around here for $250, it wouldn't even make it to show opening. A dealer would buy it and try to flip it for $550 or so
