How much is "bulk?" A crate of ten, or something?
I'd suggest phoning or emailing a dealer who's known for having a lot of Russian SKS rifles and asking if they'd be willing to work with you. You may even get a discount, but shipping would be expensive and I don't know your area well at all, so you may or may not have a local gun shop that could do a deal with you. If you have one, you should maybe look there first, to save on shipping and to even possibly inspect them all first.
I've considered doing this in the past, but I don't have the scratch for it right now. Maybe some day.
