Russian SKS45 long thread.

Oh I did the exact same thing...
Only because I was told I'd be guaranteed an Un-Issued... and they were right.
 
I picked up a 1954 refurb from Al Simmons yesterday and I reconfirmed my order at SIR today. The lady on the phone said she hoped they come in the next few months!!! doh! I am not that confident with the SIR supply coming in now.

I have contact info for a shop in Brantford ON that has a bunch of Bell rifles if anyone's interested. He had them at the gun show on Sunday. Nice looking rifles, but it didn't appear any of them had chrome lined barrels.

relax boys ... SIR will get theirs and i dont care what the nice lady says .

look at it this way. we know bell shipment are here and al simmons already sold/selling a small amount .

if bell dont sell to SIR, who by the way have placed (and sold) a rather large amount , then bell will have to sell it to numerous small dealers so who do you think bell rather sell to?

one way or another bell SKS will be sold and as a bonus IZH SKS are also avail. there will be lots avail .

+1!!! Anyone "bragging" how they have their Russian sks rifle already SHOULD HAVE TO POST PICS... or risk the wrath of us guys who have NOT gotten their rifle(s) yet!!!

This thread is dangerous....Just picked 51 all matching exept for laminated stock - refurb from Milarm Edmonton. It's imported by Bell. They got 200 of them. I was the first buyer :D Most of them force matched. Paint job on metall is not that great. Will clean it up and post the pics.
p.s. I'm waiting for two more from frontier - wife will kill me :D
