Russian SKS45 long thread.

Bah ! it'll all be a moot point if the lieberals get in , don't forget the SKS is on dion's "hit" list ! and only because it has a fixed bayonet..... mine doesn't have one and has the attach bracket removed and is in a monte carlo stock , still no matter , he wants to close that hole up, modify a "prohib' and it will still be prohib.... the SKS's will get here just in time to be banned .....:mad::mad: OR!!!!! Vote CPC so we can get our SKS's !!!!! makes me kinda wonder why the shipment is taking so long...??? maybe they dont want a bunch of SKS's in peoples homes that they have to go back and take 'em from us, and they seen it coming for a while.....to think container ships of potatoes going to Russia get there before they spoil why over 8 months for for SKS's to get here? Quite stange .....just my 2 cents, there could be really good reason for them being so late. Peace
 
I just barely got off the phone with the girl at SIR/Cabelas and she said they are expected for the end of the month and there are like 100 backorders, and she said "people are really looking forward to getting them".
 
I have been waiting since feb too !!! I know they always talk about the slow boat from China but i thought the boat from Russia would be a little faster!!
 
I guess, the importer cannot explain why they have to pin mags to 5.... In Russia, limitation of 10 rounds means you cannot load more than 10... but you mag can be 75 rounds drum...

PS. I wonder if they get SKS before my credit card expires... LOL

This one......but once they get them there possibly will be a wait for them to register all of them and then start sending them out.
 
I think she said end of September 0f 2009.....just kidding, although it wouldn't really surprise as the way things are going.....I put my order in with Frontier before SIR even advertised on their site which was later part of January !!!! I was one of the first ot order...i was talking to Marlin a couple of weeks ago and he said his guess was as good as mine...he's doing all he can but there gonna get here when they get here...they both will be getting theirs around the same time I presume. I made post #700!!!!!
