Epps started selling refurbs Dec 19.

Wait a year and end up getting a rifle some exuberant Russian tried to pry a tank door open with
 
The only thing I don't like about the one I am thinking of getting is this:

I wonder how many people have actually cancelled their orders with Frontier or SIR since rifles are now available?

That may leave room to order another select grade...

I also went out and bought some not being able to wait but am still counting on my Frontier order for a select grade to come in better than the painted black bolts and hopefully all matching.

the wait continues....

I have never placed an order like that before? Do they call when they do the transfer or will I simply see my credit card debited and then the rifle arrive?

Oh you're right... It's hard to tell from the angle of the pic and the lighting.
And I'd probably know how to put the sling on.. if I got mine. They never shipped mine out with a sling :(... they said only some of the rifles got them.

If there was a local store selling in my area I wouldn't hesitate canceling my SIR & Frontier orders . Especially since you see what you are buying instead of waiting & waiting & waiting hoping not to be stuck with a POS
 
why would anybody cancel a russian SKS for $169 ???? even if its a POS is beyong me. im gonna try to increase my order tomorrow, lol .

Maby pissed off at waiting so long & finding local shops selling same thing . Why don't you buy a container full . You can sell them 1 a month in the EE for 10 times what you paid & never have to work again . That is as long as some one wants one at that price with so many on the market

what a great idea but unfortunately my bankers arent in the mood to lend on a venture like this . do you have $200,000 lying around? :D
 
here is what I've got from Milarm Edmonton today (Bell batch) paid $425(gst included) for SKS and case of ammo...all matching 1951 except laminated stock, paint job on metall is not that great, I would prefer if they leave it as it was worn and scratched... but I'm happy anyway :D I still have two more to come from frontier :D
