Russian svt 40 problems.

Ran out of ammo to soon to make a positive conclusion but the rifle ejected the remaining 13 cartridges without problems. We'll see how the gun acts when it gets hot from many rounds.

my first SVT had the exact same issue. Polishing the feed ramp will help tremendously.

edit: whoops, just saw you corrected the feed issues, congrats, enjoy the firearm!

i feed 203g sp mfs ammo through my svt and it eats it like candy

I haven't bought any of that in awhile (always buying the cheap surplus now) but I used to always feed my SVT's that same ammo and there wasn't one SVT that didn't like that MFS. Good ammo, cheap but I also thought it took longer to clean then if you used something like newly manufactured PRVI or similar
