My son just ordered his second. This one is a W model and from Marstar. First one is a great shooter, more accurate than I would have thought and a good gun.

Service from John at Marstar is excellent, price was $185.00.

The day will come when ammo will be difficult to find so stock up while it is available.

I guess I lucked out getting a '44 refurb with wood grips. Not the prettiest, but seen battle.

I have 3 original all matching non-refurbs. 1934, 1941 and 1952. All somewhat rough, 1934 and 1952 have some surface pitting and finish ware, 1941 has some finish ware..

They are pretty neat pistols and pretty snappy to shoot too...have used Russian,Hungarian,and Chinese...no issues with any of them...

I have a 49 . How do you tell if its a refurb or not ?
