Russian TT33's

I bought one at Xtreme. I told them what I wanted, they brought out 3 to choose from. Bought a lovely pre war, refurbished, force matched as most refurbs. One mag, not matching, and holster. All three were nice guns.

Wow unusual for them to jack their prices!
Seems like a pretty good price, $239. Not sure if it has an extra mag, no mention of the holster! P&S has them for $315. But they do include holster and extra mag!

The increase was on the combo deals. Yugo Military M57 comes with only one mag. They do have extra Zastava M57 magazines which don't have the lanyard ring on it as per the picture. I kind of like the lanyard ring, part of history. Wasn't really interested in the Tokarevs, but then all of a sudden one day you get the itch for one.

I'm calling extreme to place an order for one tomorrow, at that price without the import mark i figure you can't lose. I put one in the cart online and it was 250 and change after taxes and $20 shipping to Ontario. I'm glad I held off on other purchases now, hopefully I'll get a nice one. I'll update when I get it, which considering I live in Ontario could be a month!
On a side note I'm thinking buy a Russian while you can, because I can say I've had rpal less than a year and when I first got my license there were tons of dealers I browsed that had them is stock, and that number has went way way down.

Yes and most of the Russian copies have the ugly import/export marks!

Oh yea, and don't forget to pick up a Sportowy for your collections too!!:)

Anyone know of somewhere you can buy a nice pre war tt33 without the import markings?

Probably call extreme, they may have a few sitting around!
I am still sitting on the fence, want a decent copy of post war Russian and also would like a Yugo M57! But do you get the $90 less one at Tradex with no holster or extra mag, or go with $315 and get the Yugoslavia holster and extra Mag?
