Norinco is not the cheap source it once was, and shipping is still very much an issue. They basically dumped the ammo in NA back in the day. Most of the plants that made ammo before the ban are now closed. Wolf is not approved for sale in Canada.This thread points out just how badly we need a source for the kind of cheap ammo available to the Yanks. What exactly is the problem? The port is up and running in Prince Rupert, why can't we bring Norinco through there? Why is Wolf not being brought in here?

Would the ATF approve an export licence for 5000 rounds?
They do a little but of loading, not manufacturing. But it seems just for the local market. All their ammo I have ever seen has been repacked surplus.Check this out:

It doesnt look like they repackage to me . The site says they manufacture . Anyways , maybe you can get some of this stuff ? Would be pretty cool !
