I found the mother load of range brass today, when I say mother load.. .I mean I had to leave some there because my back hurt from all the stooping over to pick it up.

I got some .45 and .40 but mostly 9mm Luger and .223 rem. The 9mm and .223 are all S&B (Sellier & Bellot?) brass with the red sealant on the primers. They appear to be in good shape and I was wondering if anyone has experience reloading that brand of brass, and what their thoughts were on it?
Thanks

Sound like your cleaning up a police range... I have been doing the same thing here for the last couple weeks and have got quite a bit of Winchester 9mm and a bunch of .223 and .40 that I gave away to friends.

As the snow goes the amount of brass on the ground is crazy... Happy picking.

9mm S&Bs make up most of my range pickup brass, and I have reused them a bunch of times already. Yes, primer pockets are a bit tight, but I haven't found this to be an issue. The loads are fine.

Now, .45ACP S&Bs would be another story... :(
