I shot about a 100 rds of surplus ammo (out of my CZ) , then loaded the mag with 123 gr. S&B Soft Points .... first shot fires and only half of the casing comes out, the other half got stuck in the chamber and since i didnt notice it right away i tried to slam the next round in to the chamber a couple of times... it probably pushed the broken part in even tighter....:eek::eek:
what do i do now???.... quick fix is needed... i need the rifle by next weekend !! Pics coming soon...

Also.. is it common to get a faulty brass that brakes inside the chamber...? Can it be prevented..?

Same thing happens my .22 k hornet occasionally. I made a tool with a tap glued into a peice of aluminum tube(I used pl 400, jb weld would be better).
The trick is to get a tap that just grips the brass inside the neck, without it griping the throat. If you make the tool, you"ll have it for future use.
You could hacksaw a spent case in half and head for your nearsest Peavey Mart with the front half of the case.

thanks migrant hunter.... :) for a tap idea.. worked like a charm.. all i had to do was : insert the tap into the chamber, so it fits in the neck of the cartridge, then just press down with your thumb on the tap, so its kinda jammed in.. then insert the cleaning rod from the muzzle end right against the tap, and give it a light hit with the hammer. comes out like butter.. if only you would know what kind of weird tools i managed to make while trying to fish that thing out :) :) Thanks for your help guys.

If you read my thread thats what I pretty much did, except with a brass rod
