WELL ITS BACK!!

we are back making the CQB stock system, the original of this concept.

we stopped making this product 2yrs ago as we just could not offer it at a good price.
The issues was the Aluminum forging, cost of post machining and cost off buffer tubes and stock.

we have been testing for the last few months using polymers to make the adaptor housing.
in the end we got a win with using poloycarbonat, trade name Lexan, same stuff you use for busy armor and bullet proof class.

our last test was completed last week, with 1000 rds of 12 ga, which inc 250rds of 3 inch slugs and 00 buck.

our old price on this set up the MkIV with stock and grip was around $325/350

we are now going to be able to retail this the Mk V for $249.99 CDN

we are going to be offering a pre order sale of $199.99 CDN

The CQB MK V will come complete and only 2 bolts to install and will fit on any rem 870 12ga with a bbl 12.5 inch or longer.
some forends may be requiers to be trimmed, but we have no issue with the magpul for end or the remington MCS and houge.
The clamp and rail are still machined out of aluminum and mil spec type 3 hard anodized.
The set wil come with some shimms for the back of the rail, this may be needed depends of the taper of the barrrle you use, if its a 14,18 or 20inch factory 870 bbl, not an issue at all.

you can pre order here, with an ETA of Canada day long weekend, while we do have mosy of the production already finished, we have a few other big things happening this month, which we will post over the next few days.

$199.99

Love mine and have gotten many years of use. It has become my preferred practice boomstick. If I may make a suggestion, the top rail is needlessly sharp. How about some chamfering and maybe flute the rail's bottom side to save some weight?

we have worked on the sharp edges, the front clamp one side is pinned on now, so no more issues on the clamp working loose.
we did not under cut the rail on the underside, is we need to keep the rail somewhat stiff. that said there is a little room to do that and we make try that again going forward.
With the new adaptor housing being Polycarbonat, its about 4 times light and just as strong. so we are happy with that.
