How hard is it to remove the front sight dealy covering the bead and do you have filler screws for the receiver holes if the rail and shell thingy are removed?

Wow! That's pretty sneaky.
If they wanted to give more people a chance to participate, they should have lowered the participation price to $20 (25 x 100 = 20 x 125) AND they should have declared the new odds in advance.
Changing the odds after people bought their patch/ticket is not cool.
