They do not responding to emails and will not answer the phone.
I tried to inter the sweepstakes when there was still patches available, then my order was canceled with no explanation and will not respond. Lost a future customer for sure with customer service this bad.

We have not cancle any orders in thr last 2 weeks other thrn an order that have glock mags which for some reason showed stock.
I dont see any emaild from a jalexsparrow.

I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation. Put your pitchfork away.
In the future, maybe contact them through the forum? They seem responsive there.
