S&J Hardware is great

They may be gone for the long weekend. I was talking to him via e mail early last week about an order I have with them, but haven't been able to get in touch since then
 
I had an order not too long ago...they charged my card and then nothing. After three weeks I emailed, sent PM's on here and posted in their forums, finally got a one line response, they shipped half my order and refunded the money for the other half with no explanation and no further contact. I hate to slag on a sponsor, but I won't be buying from them again.
 
Hmmm I sent a PM to BBB this morning about some parts...hope I can get them!




Edit added to prevent bad publicity....BBB answered my PM before he posted the post below this. Sadly, after an alder attack yesterday, I will be replacing a windshield with this play money instead of buying shotgun parts.

we have a sent yo ua few emails, im not sure why you are not getting them, the issue is one of the parts on your order is not made by us, and the vendor keeps sending us the wrong part.... this is the 5th time they have done that, i cant understand why as they make that part...
As some keep saying , at time parts who as in stock o nthe website and the are not.
This is due to the fact out inventory o nthe websit is not live, like some websites, we have to ajust it .
With gunshows, dealer orders, gunbuilds we do and some times miscoutns or damaged product, the inventory is not always correct.
we never charge shipping on back orders and we always try to contact the buyer to say why that we have not shipped that item.

I thought it might be an e-mail issue or something. Didn't sound like you guys to not respond. I checked junk folders and I have nothing from you. Sasktel likes to get stupid about screening junk and it doesn't even make it through to thunderbird for me to see what they call junk.

Anyways, I ordered two happy caps, two followers, and a big head safety. If you have the followers and happy caps then just send those and cancel the safety. Maybe try responding to the hotmail account I e-mailed or via PM because I think that sasktel e-mail address is going bye bye.

It's starting to seem like they've skipped town. As I posted earlier I got an e mail from them about 2 weeks ago. Since then, multiple e mails, no reply. Left message on their phone, no reply. I ordered some stuff 2 weeks ago, all supposed to be in stock. My credit card was charged almost immediately, and since then absolutely nothing. It only takes 2 days for stuff to get to me from them, and they aren't talking. I have cancelled my order via e mail, and again nothing. I will be giving them till the end of the week and on Monday will be filing a dispute with the credit card company. I don't mind if something was out of stock as long as they notify me. On the other hand, a couple of years ago Wolverine made a mistake on my order. They phoned me before the order had even arrived saying they had made a mistake and that they had fixed it and that the missing item was on it's way. BIG difference in customer service. EDIT: issue has been resolved, so I will give credit for that, but it didn't have to come to this

Without trying to sound like john from marstar.... I don't have any email from a dogzilla not do I have any PM,s that being said our PM box is full. it has been busy enough that some days we do not get to the phone, for that im sorry. we have also shipped 137 back orders today ,Canada post loves us :) please check you email for a tracking number . we have been let don't, short shipped and delayed from suppliers, finishers and well just about everyone that is not directly involved in making our S&J products. It does remind me why we started making products in the first place, you just cant rely on " yes it will ship too you next week" . Again very sorry for the delays.
