Are these guys still in business? Sent me the wrong product two months back, returned it as per their instructions and no refund, no responses to numerous emails or phone calls. Will not be dealing with them again.

BBB and S and J are still in business. They're a one man-show, so sometimes Simon is slow ad admin tasks.

PM, phone and leave a message and he WILL make it right. His stuff is top notch; just need a large amount of patience.

They are still in business. Pm badboybesson. I had no issues with them. They make good products.

while I haven't bought a tonne of stuff from S&J , I've sent a tonne of business that way and everyone I know has always been satisfied.....
a few months back Simon told me they were in the middle of a business location move. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and assume it isn't an intentional thing, maybe yer order just got lost in the shuffle, these things do happen.

I ordered from them few weeks ago. Good price and it ship to my door in less then a week. I will deal again with them.
Probably just a misunderstood. Contact them with a private message, they may respond faster.
