S&J Hardwear Fabarms sling plate arrives

My S&J sling plate for my Fabarms shotgun arrived today. What an excellently made piece of equipment....Fit and finish are excellent. I can hardly wait until the sling arrives, so I can try this setup out. The pics aren't very good but here they are anyway.

Good work boys! you truely have the honour of making the first aftermarket part for the Fabarms shotgun..........It makes me want to buy another Fabarms shotgun now.

Anyone with a Fabarms shotgun really needs to get one of these.....Now if only someone made a plate to get rid of the sling loop on the front of the gun.

Really nice pics, looks like it fits just perfect.
All the gunutz the pre ordered them should have them, so check you mail boxes.

Just a reminder they are ambi so if your a LH or RH shoorer this plate will work for both of you, you just flip it over and your good to go

Don't know what's wrong with the one on it.....Is the goal to get it on the side rather than bottom? Here's mine with stock loops:

The style you have on yours is a basic two point hunting sling.

With the sling plate shown above it allows the user to use their shot gun with a single point sling or a two point combat sling like the Vickers sling.

What these sling styles allow the user to do is carry the shotgun in front of them ready to use instead on slung on the back (shown in the picture below). By trying to do this with a regular two point sling like your using the shotgun will flip upside down.

Since the S&W model 3000 police folding stock is essentially a remodeling of the Rem 870, do you think S&J single-point mounts for the 870 would fit?
I'm looking for one on my 870 and if they also fit the S&W 3000, I'd buy two.
Made my own front sling plate for another 870 but S&J'S are too nice to pass!
