Where would a guy go about finding one of these? Do the exist? I thought I saw one on the EE a long time ago and I can't find any dealers with any used ones.

Anyone know of any around?

Got one you'd think about selling?

Got one you wanna post pictures of a brag?

How do they shoot? Reliable? How is getting parts/mags?

Please advise!

I have a 2206 stainless from the same family. It is an excellent gun, highly accurate excellent trigger. It can be a little finicky with ammo when it is dirty.Keep it clean and oiled and your good to go.Gun parts in the USA used to have parts for them a couple of years ago .Got a nice pair of nos s+w wood grips of them.

The gun you're looking for is the 622 - same as the 422 but it has an aluminium frame and slide. Uses the same mags the Model 41. Like any other rimfire pistol, they can be a bit finicky with ammo. Once you find the ammo it likes it'll run all day long. I believe they are no longer made so you'll have to look for a used one.

I have a stainless 622 and it is great. Very accurate and easy to shoot. It was about $400 15years ago.I wouldn't sell it. They were available blued or stainless. The 422 was the 4 inch and 622 was the 6 inch. PM me if you want and I can find the bill and tell you the price and year I bought it.

WRONG

- The 422 ( field ) was matte blue finish with aluminum frame in either 4 1/2" or 6" barrel.

- The 622 ( field ) was a stainless alloy also with a 4 1/2" or 6 " barrel.
