What do i need to know about it, what ammo is good for it, is there a certain .410 i shouldnt use on it

Can't shoot 410 out of it. Can shoot 460, 454 and 45 Colt. If you want to shoot 410 try the Judge by Taurus

Yea i got a Taurus Raging Judge Magnum

Any 460/454/45LC ammo will be good to shoot out of it. I bought a bunch of Federal 460 a while back because they used nickel cases and I find I get more reloads out of them.

Congrats on your purchase! I have a non-magnum flavoured version and it's ran solid with anything I've found. 45Colt and .410 2.5" stuff.

Heavy, loud, a ton of fun!!
Shoots: 45 Colt, 454 Casull and 460 Magnum. Will not shoot .410 shells due to chamber throat.

A marginal caliber for marmots.

If you have a steady hand, a 454 will stop one in its tracks.

it probably would but I wouldn't want to be anywhere near it when it did.
It's not designed for it, do not do it. .460S&W / .454C / .45LC only.
