s&w 625

m1978, this is my S&W Springfield Commemorative 45acp. Yes, it is, unfortunately, too evil for Canadians to own. This was the original "Mountain Gun" and it is one of 500. Regards, Richard:D

richard, thats a nice gun

i was kinda up in the air on getting an xd or a 625, but since i've found a smith for 900.00 new, i think i will go for it. anyone know of a cheaper price around?

Years ago I bought a 625 in 45acp. Too bad it was a 4" inch barrel now. Considered a prohib, tough to sell. Have seen the 5" version and it is just as nice. If you do your part that gun will fire into the X-ring every time.

Ummm...prohibs are not tough to sell, at least they are not tough to sell to me. ;) I'd sure buy one of those in a heartbeat!

Here's a pic of a S&W 625-3 w/3" Bbl that I just bought from another CGN member. (Thanks Yves ;))

It compliments my other two 625s ( 4" & 5") :D

Happy that you got the family reunited. I will regret this one, but when a guy want to finance some other project...like the purchase of an AR.:)

This little one is accurate and easy to shoot with 200 grainers. Haven't tried the 230 grains in it, so I can tell, but a 15 yards I was able to get an inch with it. I had another 625PC, and that was the best Smith I had, but again...
