Well, I put in an order for a new S&W 66 combat magnum and plan to shoot IDPA with it once I get back in to the competition world this year. I've been trying to find a supplier for a holster but am not having much luck with my searches. If anyone is shooting one of these what are you using for your brand of holster and speed loader pouches? I'm also planning to use Safariland Comp III speed loaders too, so they have to fit the pouches as well and be fully covered.
I have read that the slightly heavier and longer barrel does not fit in some holsters for the older 66's.
