S&W M&P 9 2.0. Questions

The ergonomics of the M&P 22 are virtually identical to a 1.0 M&P 9, they fit the same holster and if you like the medium blackstrap the .22 has the same form factor grip.
There are no interchangeable parts between the two, although the .22 looks like a striker fired pistol it isn’t, it uses an internal hammer. FWIW, the .22 is a great pistol if you like a duty styled rim fire, I own one and a 9. Not sure if S&W will commission Carl Walther to replicate the 2.0 centerfire in the .22.
