S&W M&P in .45

I bought a M&P 45 in Apr from Accuracy Plus in Peterborough. Love it. The price was good and it fit my hand. i only have about 300 rds through it and still breaking it in but I am very happy with it. Only issue I can see is holsters. Many manufactures have holsters for M&P 9/40s but don't list the 45. S&W shows the dimentions as being the same but I have heard that they are different enough as to need its own model.
Bottom line, if it feels good in your hand, go for it.

I have mine for about a year, maybe slightly longer and I love it.
I have over 1000 rounds through it and it functions 100% and is very accurate, much more so then me.
The only problem I have had was my doing and in no way a function of the gun.
I have the model with no mag safety or thumb safety.
As far as holsters go, it fits the same holster as the Glock 21 so finding them is not an issue. You can't go wrong with a M&P.
I have owned a Sig 220 and still own a Colt 1911 but I shoot my M&P.
