I am about to buy an M&P from S&W. I already tried it and love it since then.

Just would like to have the review from owner if they are still satisfied and would recommend it? Many positive reports so far but hey...we never know.

How many rounds true it? Many jams?

Is it reliable considering the number of rounds?
Any homemade torture test maybe...

If any other problem, please specified:

Thanks for your help!

Please tell us where you are odering it from. You should also request that you get the model with no internal safety or magazine disconnect :)

I believe there are several versions of the M&P with the SKU numbers listed for each configuation somewhere on the internet ;)

So yeah, which config are you getting?

Found a US Store with all the configs... http: //www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=M%26P&x=0&y=0

Epp's in Orillia had them in .40 and 9mm. I think they were some where between $750.00 and $800.00

I don't know yet from who.

One thing sure is I want to be able to shoot without the magazine and without any internal safety. I was aware about these features.

Thanks for the links! This is also what I need…

My concern is more on the reliabilities after few thousand rounds, overall quality, Parts, etc..

G37 to the rescue!!!

SKU's for M&P's without mag disconnect or lock:

309700 - 9mm with night sights
309701 - 40 cal with night sights
309702 - 357sig with night sights

Now, ETh0... find a dealer that has 'em ;)

If reliability is an issue, apparently Peel Regional Police did a torture test on an evaluation M&P, apparently put several, several thousands of rounds through a test piece before they adopted it with no malfunctions. This was told to me by one of their tac guys, so take it for what it's worth.

I am also looking at nail the M&P 9mm, read a lot of reviews here and there, from all aspect show that it is a decent inexpensive pistol with cool looking factor and all major stainess steel parts. Armco did quite a bit of test fire and have very good comment. I have one pistol budget this year but SP 01, M&P and Steyr M-A1, Baretta 92F are all dancing inside my head and of course I need a shorti as well:D

I handled one. Very comfortable, and seems like a great deal for the price. I didn't think the fit and finish seemed quite as top-notch as Sig or HK.

It seems to be a pistol that takes the best of other pistols ( Glock, Hk, Springfield, etc..)
and makes it it's own.
If it goes bang everytime, and is easy to use than it is a keeper.
