Thanks. Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not looking for the M&P Pro CORE with the optics option, just the standard M&P Pro.

On sale. I suspect the Ver 2 Pro maybe out soon. Nothing wrong with my 5"Pro although the Apex internals helped a lot.

Have you considered the 5" Canik?

I have one and a M&P Pro Core. I prefer the Canik. I am shooting it with irons at the moment and find it very accurate with a trigger out of the box better than a M&P with Apex.

I assume prices of the 2 are similar. I bought my 2 on EE.
