I just purchased (paid for, waiting on transfer and ATT to bring 'er home) a brand new Smith M&P 9mm from Target Sports today. I am curious if us Canadians are able to take advantage of this promo!!!

Also, the 2 magazines that will come with the pistol are the 10 round ones right? Or will they be the 17 round ones?

Some people have been able to take advantage of these promos. Others(myself included) have had our forms returned with the "US Residents only" highlighted.

Your best bet is to include a letter with the form stating how it will build good will, etc. There are a couple of other threads about the same thing if you do a search.

As for mag size, you'll tick off a box on the form for the ones that you want. If you tick off the 17 rounders you can be assured they'll be stopped at the border and siezed.

ahhh .. i wasn't sure of the laws regarding mag size ... but I think u just answered my question

thanks for the info .. my friend lives in the US .. so I may just end up using my name, my serial number and his address .. if I'm not mistaken that is not illegal if I wish for my products to be sent to my friend in the US who in turn can send them to me, nor will i hide the fact that I am a CAN citizen.
