And if u consider the cz shadow, the sa trigger is almost what 2 lbs I think.

I disagree. I can disassemble my CZ in about 3 seconds (maybe less), just by pushing in the slide stop lever with my thumb, whereas the M&P requires you to flip down that damned sear disconnect lever with a tool (or the rod that holds the backstrap on the grip).

You don't have to use that feature, unless you want to.

To drop the striker, just pull the trigger .

For the life, I couldn't figure out what you guys ment by that. Until I put the magazine back in with the slide forward and the takedown lever in the "open" position. Then, you can pull the trigger, remove the magazine and take the slide off. Of course, there's a magazine safety on my M&P.

Still is more effort that taking apart my CZ.
