I'm one of the ones that got in under the wire, 12(6).

um last i looked the 4566 is restricted, its 4.25inch barrel. . i last heard theres a few in the country. never seen one, nor seen one on here. the commander size 4566 is the exact same size as the 1066, same frame and slide size,
please correct me ,but ive tried looking into this,because i want a 4566, and the info i got was that the 4566 is restricted.

X2 Yes...the 4566 is restricted, and I'd just to find one up here. I'm a Michigan boy and was raised on S&W's classic autos, which seem to be fairly uncommon in the Great White North.

alot of members here have US CCW permits



when the government outlawed pistols and revolvers with barrels shorter than 105mm (also .25 and .32 cal handguns), those who were in possession of them at the time got a special class on their firearms licence "12.6" it allows them to continue to own, buy and sell 12.6 class handguns.

Thanks Gallen270 I would say your countrys gun laws are as stupid and unequaly enforced as ours! You know in California you can't carry a concieled handgun unless your last name is Feinstien.
