Yeah u can pre order but that's about it. Then you wait and wait. Who knows what will happen. One of the dealers should be able to give you some better info. Send an email or pm.

talked to a dealer at sportsman show yesterday and he has one on order, but he had no idea of how long it would take for the frt number to get finalized. anyone that i have talked to thinks it will be restricted for sure.

When the people who are in charge of the FRTs do not want to issue an FRT its hard to predict their actions. Its like trying to get a child to clean their room but you have no way to force them to and they dont realy care to clean it.
