Navigating the S&W site on dial-up requires more patience than I possess.

I'm looking for a smooth trigger for a M29, narrower than the serrated target trigger on the gun. Also S&W finger groove grips for same.

Is there a Canadian source for these parts?

Gunparts lists a .312" smooth trigger(the serrated Target trigger is .400" wide) at $44.15US each. It'll have to be fitted and the trigger job re-done.
 
You might try Wortner's Gun Works, Chatham, Ontario. They repair S&W's and I have bought parts from them in the past. Phone number 519 352 0924.
 
Any of my dealings with M.D. Charlton have been favourable. Both they and Wortner's are S&W warranty centres and are likely to have parts.

I would try whichever is closest to you in order to save on shipping costs.

I have contactd Charlton's and renewed acquaintance with one of the early pioneers of IPSC shooting in Canada.

They are looking into what I want and will get back to me.
