S&W Rebate arrives

I got home last night to find my Rebate and two free magazines had turned up for my M&P 9mm.

How long did you have to wait? I sent my rebate in late January and haven't seen the mags or a $50 cheque yet...

I sent mine in Oct 2007 and got it about 2-3 weeks ago!

I sort of split the difference: I sent mine on 10 December. The mags arrived the first week of February, and the check arrived last Saturday.

I sent mine in mid December and I received the mags March 12th. Still waiting on the cheque. This was for a .40 cal.

Mine came via Fed-Ex today

I sent in the rebate early Feb so two months to get the mags, still no check. Fed-Ex charged me ~$23, for taxes and a $10 processing fee.

I had called S&W's 800 # about a month a go just to confirm they got my rebate form and they were able to do that by serial number.

S&W MP Rebate Program...Answers!!!

Hey Troops:

Funny this came up...I just got off the phone with them about 20 minutes ago. Here is the Story!

They had no idea that the Rebate Program was going to be such a success and there is fact are two separate programs.

1. Firearms purchased before 31 Jan 08 &
2. Firearms purchased after 01 Feb 08.

They are still trying to fill the before 31 Jan 08 Rebates and can't see starting the after 01 Feb 08 Rebates for at least a couple more weeks. Guess the biggest problem is Magazine Stocks at this time...doesn't seem to be that big of a problem with the 9mm as I order a couple of extras today, guess they just don't have enough Staff to get through all the orders.

Hope this helps and pass it on to anyone you might know still waiting.

Just got an announcement from S&W. The new rebate ( old program expired end of April) is now $30 OR 2 free mags

EDIT -> just found the correct rebate form for the 'Spring Spectacular' and note that the application needs to be post-marked May 15th... hmm... Today!!!
