Good read, thanks for posting that misanthropist. I put in my name for the pre order w Dominion because it would be nice to have a back up range gun for myself/friends/family to shoot. And for the price of a Norc, if it proves to be a reliable option, what's not to like. I think it's a nice looking little pistol as well, would prefer a blued slide but that's a non-issue. Hopefully they make it up here soon so we can try them out

Honestly the only reason I'm not buying one myself is I'm so heavily invested in Glock bits that I don't really want to stock different mags etc. And it's four hundred bucks that can stay in my optics budget.

But even I'm tempted. And I blow off everything that isn't a 9/10mm glock, or a Colt and up 1911.

I love Glocks too, I only shoot my Gen3 G17 as I prefer to train with one platform over multiple because I'd rather be efficient with one I fully understand and trust than ok with many. And my budget doesn't always justify having multiple pistols in the same calibre. For that reason I have reduced all my pistols down to one Glock (and there have been many others). I've been curious about the M&P line, and though this is not the same pistol I wouldn't mind trying it out, especially at this price point. You are right, that $400 could be put towards more ammo for practice, or optics etc which may end up happening but For some reason, I'm finding it hard to get friends into the sport, so it may be a good purchase for that reason alone. Who knows, could be a pistol I really enjoy too. We shall see

Happy shooting!
Adam
