S&W warranty?

Wortner Gun Works has absolutely terrible customer service. I have contacted them a few times about getting replacement baseplates for the M&P mags that blow up on hard floors and have pretty well heard the full range of reasons why they can't help me. The gun is too new, they don't have schematics, do i have a part number?...... they are retarded over there.

I'll counter your #####in' with Wortner has great service and is "the" S&W service place to go.....

Murray [Charlton] put a slick tune on my S&W Model 57 6" .41 Magnum that almost brings a tear to my eye everytime I dry fire it double action...

And not to mention they are only about a 5 min drive from my home...
