Just finished up trimming the stock to create proper clearance from the op-rod. Here are the before and after pics. Had to trim the entire length along the red line. Used a wood rasp in a rotary drill to do the heavy lifting, and then finished up with the metal file to clean it up. Had to remove quite a bit of material. Next step is to figure out about this "popsicle stick mod".
