SA to DA?

Some target versions of what are typically double action revolvers were made as single actions, and would be possible to convert to double action, Colt is the one I have seen. The Russian Nagant revolver was also manufactured as double action for the Tsar's officers, and single action for his non-coms. Other than that, I cannot imagine anybody going to all the trouble of converting SA to DA.
 
What model in particular? There is more mechanism in a double action revolver than a single. I'd think it would be a rare bird that was made single action and could be converted to double.
