SA VZ58 5.56 Sporter Bolt Carrier

That's just not right Cammy7s. There seems to be no signs of wear on the extractor. Did you notice any thing missing/out of place or shinny spots in the trigger area besides the sear? Is the mag & bolt release safety pin still installed?

Didn't check the Mag & bolt release safety pin yet, but I Haven't noticed anything out of place and the manufacturer has responded to me and said: "We intentionaly mill the shallow groove at the bottom of bolt carrier to give more room to ejector in question."

They further said that it should just be the paint rubbed off, but in my case it is more than just paint rubbed off.

I have been told to monitor the part and Keep Wolverine posted. If this problem is not corrected/safe then Wolverine said they would exchange the firearm upon further review.

Don't know but if I was you I would send it back to Wolverine and ask for a replacement. As these are newly manufactored it could just be a defective 1.

I cannot comment on the function and accuracy with only 140 rounds down range so far. I would like to fire a few hundred or even thousand more rounds before I can comment on the function. Accuracy so far seems not bad, but like I said I don't have too many rounds through it yet and I am eager to shoot it more. Hopefully this weekend I can get a good range day in!

As far as quality, at this point, I am not too impressed, only because of the bolt carrier issue. The rest of the gun only time will tell, and at this point it is too early to tell. It looks really good though!
 
I am going to take it out this weekend for a good work-out. Also, I am going to mark the bolt carrier with marker and see if any more wear is noticed. I will post after the range day with an update.

Edit: Gun was replaced with a new one by Wolverine free of charge.
