One of the key beauties of the SKS is it's simplicity. Big chunky parts, easy to strip down without tools in seconds.
Now watch this guy, who for reasons unknown seems to like the Sabertooth stock, with the magic of editing manages to waste only about 12 minutes assembling the stock. I'm guessing at least that much time was lost to the cutting room floor, given the amount of fuggery that was still left in:
That's just the assembly. Now imagine having to undo all those screws, reverse all that fuggery, to get it stripped down for cleaning, and then re-assemble it again.
In short...
Don't.
